| This Agri-tourism is a little characteristic mediaeval village or hamlet completely restored and has become one of the most beautiful residences in Tuscany. It is in a beautiful panoramic position on a hill only 20 km from Florence.An ideal place for a peaceful holiday but also for day trips to Siena and San Gimignano and other interesting towns. The self-catering apartments are only 400 metres away from the famous villa of the hundred chimneys (Villa dei Cento Camini) which was built by Ferdinando de Medici during the 1500s. The villa today is an important museum. Close to the villa the reception and the comfortable hotel Paggeria Medicea. In the residence there are 40 comfortable apartments for holiday accommodation which can sleep up to 198 people,they are situated on the ground floor (sometimes with garden) or first floor. In the village there is a good restaurant and an wine bar. |
